The new tower at the Ashtabula Regional Medical Center will offer private patient rooms, expanded wound care, robotic surgery and emergency rooms tailored for mental health patients. The 115,000-square-foot facility officially opens June 23, about 10 days after an invitation-only ribbon cutting ceremony.
